The star collar provides you the utmost weight lifting safety by securing the weight tightly onto the bars. This barbell is intended for use with standard weight plates that have a 1 inch center hole. The ergonomic curved design puts the hand in a more comfortable position, effectively reducing the pressure in the wrist and forearm, and can be used by beginners and professionals alike.
The length of the Olympic EZ bar is 47 inches, with a 15 mm diameter. Made of high-quality heavy-duty solid steel, it has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity and flexibility. Our strength training bars can hold a weight capacity of 220 lbs. The steel rods feature hardened nickel plating for good corrosion and oxidation resistance, and come with 2 pieces of anti-slip swivel steel clamps to hold 1" weight plates.
The diamond-shaped knurls are designed to provide you with excellent grip, slip resistance, and the depth of the knurl is just right, so it won't be too hard and tear your skin, increasing the safety of sports and ensuring comfort.
